Terms of Service

These terms apply when you create an Instime account or use Instime's scheduling service.

Service provider

Instime is provided by Tomas Bobko, sole proprietor (Einzelunternehmen), Erdbergstraße 216A, 1030 Wien, Austria, VAT ID ATU82389979.

Using Instime

You must be able to enter a binding agreement and must provide accurate account information. Instime supports professional Instagram accounts. You may connect and publish only to accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You give Instime the limited permission needed to store, process, and send that content to Instagram according to your schedule. You are responsible for having all rights and permissions needed for your media, captions, music, brands, and any people shown.

Acceptable use

Do not use Instime to violate law, third-party rights, Instagram or Meta rules, platform limits, or security controls. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, distribute malware, or use automated access outside the functions Instime provides.

Publishing and availability

Scheduled publishing depends on your authorization, media accessibility, Instagram processing, platform quotas, and external services. Instime will work to publish at the requested time but cannot guarantee that every post will publish at an exact time or that the service will always be uninterrupted. You remain responsible for reviewing important posts and their final status.

Plans and automatic-post limits

The Free plan includes up to 10 successful automatic-post creations per calendar month. A post counts when Instime accepts it for scheduled publishing; cancelling it later does not restore that month's allowance. Manual reminders, saved captions, and galleries remain available without a Pro subscription. Instime Pro removes the Instime monthly limit, but publishing remains subject to Meta and Instagram platform limits, supported formats, and acceptable-use requirements.

Apple subscriptions

Instime Pro is offered as an auto-renewable monthly or yearly subscription purchased through Apple's App Store. There is no introductory free trial. The app shows the price, billing period, and any applicable local tax before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Unless you cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings, the subscription renews automatically for the same billing period at the price shown by Apple. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Apple handles payment, cancellation, and refund requests under its rules.

Existing users may receive temporary launch access to Pro without charge. Launch access is promotional, has the end date shown in the app, and does not automatically start a paid subscription.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Instime and request account deletion. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, respond to legal requirements, or address a material violation of these terms.

Service changes

Instime may change as features and external platform requirements evolve. If a material terms change requires notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it before the change takes effect.
