Data Deletion

You can disconnect Instagram or request deletion of your complete Instime account.

Option 1

Disconnect Instagram

  1. Open Instime and sign in.
  2. Open Settings and select your connected Instagram account.
  3. Choose Disconnect Instagram and confirm.

This deletes Instime's stored Instagram access token and prevents future automatic publishing. Your Instime account, uploaded media, and scheduled posts remain available if you reconnect later.

Option 2

Delete your complete Instime account

  1. Email contact@tbobko.com from the email address associated with your Instime account.
  2. Use the subject Instime account deletion.
  3. Include your connected Instagram username if you know it. Do not send your password or access token.

We may ask you to verify account ownership. After verification, we will delete or de-identify your account, Instagram connection, scheduled posts, and uploaded media, except information we must retain for security or legal reasons. We will confirm when the request has been completed.
