Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Instime processes information when you use the app to connect and publish to a professional Instagram account.

Who is responsible

Instime is operated by Tomas Bobko, sole proprietor (Einzelunternehmen), Erdbergstraße 216A, 1030 Wien, Austria, VAT ID ATU82389979. Tomas Bobko is the data controller for personal data processed by Instime.

Information we process

• Account information, such as your email address, display name, and sign-in provider identifiers.
• Instagram connection information, including Instagram user identifiers, username, professional account type, authorization status, and access-token expiry.
• Encrypted Instagram access tokens needed to publish content you schedule.
• Your uploaded photos or videos, captions, scheduled times, publishing status, and failure information.
• Limited technical request and diagnostic information needed to secure, operate, and troubleshoot Instime.

How we use information

We use this information to provide account access, connect your Instagram account, store scheduled content, publish it at your requested time, report publishing status, prevent abuse, and maintain the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Services involved

Instime sends authorized publishing requests to Meta's Instagram Platform. Hetzner Online GmbH provides server and object-storage infrastructure in the European Union. Mixpanel provides privacy-limited product analytics, and Sentry provides privacy-limited crash diagnostics through its European region. Instime does not intentionally send Instagram access tokens, captions, uploaded media, email addresses, or Instagram handles to Mixpanel or Sentry. If you choose Apple or Google sign-in, that provider processes the sign-in request under its own terms and privacy policy.

Storage and retention

Access tokens are encrypted at rest. Disconnecting Instagram deletes the stored token and stops future publishing, while retaining your Instime account and scheduled content so that you can reconnect. If you ask us to delete your complete Instime account, we will delete or de-identify associated account data and content, subject to information we must retain for security or legal reasons.

Your choices

You can disconnect Instagram in Instime at any time. For complete account deletion, follow our data deletion instructions. You may also contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, or other rights available under applicable law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Please protect access to your device, Instime account, and Instagram account.

Changes

We may update this policy as Instime changes. The date at the top identifies the latest version.
